private trainings
Our training packages are suitable for any level whether you are a beginner or advanced. In order to improve, the minimum required is two weekly trainings.
Each workout is divided by levels and you can reach any workout except for the advanced workout that appears in blues.
A new trainee takes an average of ten lessons until he joins the rest of the group. No equipment is needed in the first trainings. You can start with private lessons so that you will receive personal treatment, you will be able to get to know the language and integrate with the training material.
